Change Management and User Adoption

IPNWeb provides change management services to support the user adoption of our IT solutions. Understanding the perceptual, procedural, or structural barriers that could impact a successful technology implementation is critical to ensuring success and longevity. IPNWeb consultants can conduct stakeholder analysis and business process engineering activities gather information and prepare users for the implementation. As part of the change management process, we develop system/process documentation to support end users (job aids, training manuals, workflow diagrams) and work with our clients to develop and disseminate strategic communications.
